麦赫公司员工培训方案与对策研究 摘要:在现在的社会中,随着经济发展速度的不断增快,企业也在不断的加快步伐,为了企业获得利益和生存,必须在激烈的市场角逐中完善经营理念。企业置身于激烈的市场竞争中,最为主要的是人才的竞争。在知识经济时代,企业要想能够不断的扩大市场份额,要想能够稳定发展下去,必然要加强人才的培养和开发。在企业工作人员的培训中,注重提高员工的能力,切实实现员工自身的价值,提高员工的满意度,才能够切实增强企业的核心竞争力。在对企业进行培训的过程中,也能够不断提升员工的归属感和价值感。本文以麦赫公司为例,主要讨论麦赫公司员工培训现状以及存在的问题,最终根据麦赫公司实际发展情况提出相对应的解决对策,以不断提升麦赫公司对于员工培训管理的水平和效率。 关键词:员工培训;企业人才开发;培训规划;人力资源 Abstract:In today's society,as the economic development speed continues to increase, companies are also accelerating their pace. In order for companies to gain benefits and survive,they must improve their business philosophy in the fierce market competition. Enterprises are exposed to fierce market competition,and the most important thing is talent competition. In the era of knowledge economy,if an enterprise wants to continuously expand its market share and to develop steadily, it is necessary to strengthen the training and development of talents. In the training of corporate staff,focus on improving the abilities ofemployees, effectively realizing their own value, and increasing their satisfaction, in order to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the company. In the process of training the company,it can also continuously improve the sense of belonging and value of employees. Taking Meher as an example,this article mainly discusses the current situation andexisting problems of Meher’s employee training, and finally proposes corresponding solutions based on the actual development of Meher, so as to continuously improve the level and efficiency of Meher’s employee training management.
