华电宿州630MW电厂脱硫工艺改造优化
摘 要
石灰石-石膏湿式脱硫工艺有着脱硫效率高、技术稳定成熟、脱硫剂原材料广泛且廉价的特征,是当代燃煤电厂应用最广泛的脱硫方式,但由于设计年代久远,设计标准和指标低,使得燃煤电厂烟气排放污染严重。国家提高对燃煤电厂大气污染物排放标准,燃煤电厂超低排放改造势在必行。
本文以华电宿州电厂630MW机组脱硫系统为研究对象,通过对现有脱硫系统设备状况、运行工况、指标排放等多方面进行研究,以排查当前脱硫系统存在问题及影响脱硫效率的因素。通过模拟烟气流场,拟定吸收塔液气比、浆液停留时间等关键参数,拟设三个改造方案,分别对三个方案可行性及优劣进行对比。拟采用新增脱硫二级塔、托盘、管束除尘器等优化设计改造方案。通过实施改造后,对系统进行现场烟气测试试验,对比分析改造前后二氧化硫和烟尘排放指标。
新增二级吸收塔、托盘、管束除尘器等综合湿法脱硫工艺改造方案是有效可行的。在机组不同负荷下,烟气排放二氧化硫浓度、脱硫效率、烟尘排放浓度均可以达到国家要求的排放标准。

Abstract
Limeston-gypsum wet desulfurization technology is the most widely used desulfurization technology in contemporary coal-fired power plants that has the characteristics of high desulfurization efficiency, reliable technology, wide range of desulfurization raw materials and cheap. However, due to the long design age, low design standards,the emissions of flue gas from coal-fired power plants are seriously polluted. Therefore, It is imperative to raise the national standards for the discharge of air pollutantsfrom coal-fired power plants and upgrade coal-fired power plants to ultra-low emissions.
In this paper, the desulfurization system of 630MW unit in Huadian Suzhou Power Plant is taken as the object of this study. By investigating various aspects such as equipment status,operating conditions and index emissions of the existing desulfurization system to find out the existing problems of the desulfurization system and the factors affecting desulfurization efficiency. The key parameters, such as the liquid-gas ratio of absorber and the residence time of slurry were developed by simulating the smoke flow field. Three reconstruction schemes were proposed to compare the feasibility and advantages of the three schemes. It is proposed to adopt the newly added desulfurization secondary tower, tray,tube bundle dust collector and other optimized design and reconstruction schemes. After the implementation of the reform, the system was tested by field smoke,and the sulfur dioxide and soot emission indexes before and after the reform were compared and analyzed.
It is effective and feasible that is the comprehensive wet desulphurization technology improvement plan of adding new two - stage absorber, tray, tube bundle dust collector and so on. At different loads of the unit, all of the concentration of sulfur dioxide,desulfurization efficiency and the concentration of smoke can all meet the national emission standards.
