| 某企业员工档案信息管理系统设计与开发 摘 要 企业员工档案信息系统是进行企业员工管理的有效工具。它既可以对企业员工做出合理、系统化的管理，同时也可以评估企业员工综合表现，计算员工的薪酬等。 本文主要是设计一个简单的企业员工档案信息管理系统。编程使用的是面向对象、可移植性强的Java语言；SQL Server 2008数据库和Hibernate框架。系统的结构、功能简单明了，界面信息很清晰，便于用户操作。SQL Server数据库、Hibernate框架的操作简便，让访问数据库更加简单。 关键词：员工档案信息管理、Java语言、SQL Server数据库、Hibernate框架 Abstract Enterprise employee file information system is an effective tool for enterprise employee management. It can not only manage employees reasonably and systematically, but also evaluate their comprehensive performance and calculate their salary. This paper mainly designs a simple enterprise employee file information management system. The programming language is object-oriented and transplantable Java language, SQL Server 2008 database and Hibernate framework. The structure and function of the system are simple and clear, and the interface information is very clear, which is convenient for users to operate.
