| 乡村振兴战略下十堰市农村电商物流企业服务水平评价研究 摘要 随着社会生产力的提高和经济的发展，人民的生活水平也有了相应的提升，随着互联网的普及，越来越多的居民可以进行网络购物，农村电商物流的发展也就成为了需要关注的重点问题之一。在乡村振兴的背景下，农村电商物流的发展对我国的经济发展与社会发展起到了重要的作用，近年来也受到了广泛的关注，我国近年来陆续出台了系列的文件，以保证农村电商物流可以长久稳定的发展。农村电商物流企业作为乡村镇ing战略背景下农村经济振兴的基础行业，所以农村电商物流的服务水平也至关重要，农村电商物流服务水平的高低可以直接影响农村电商物流的发展，而目前我国由于农村一些固有的原因而使得农村电商物流企业的服务水平的提高受到了一定的限制与制约，本文便给予乡村振兴的战略背景下，对十堰市的农村电商物流企业服务水平进行了研究。 本文的研究分为五个部分，第一部分对研究背景及研究意义与目前我国在乡村振兴战略下对农村电商物流企业服务的发展内容进行了介绍。第二部分农村电商有关的理论和乡村振兴战略下的农村电商物流的发展进行了介绍。第三部分对乡村振兴战略的背景下，十堰市的农村电商物流企业的发展进行了分析，分析的内容主要分为三个方面，分别是十堰市电商物流发展的现状、十堰市物流企业发展的环境以及十堰市农村电商物流企业的服务水平的现状。第四部分通过对现状的研究分析出目前十堰市农村电商物流企业服务水平主要存在以下几点问题，分别是：缺乏与物流服务相关的专业性人才、在十堰市农村电商物流系统的开发不够充分和十堰市农村电商物流有关的基础设施不够完善。第五部分针对第四部分查明的存在的问题，提出了针对性的改善建议，首先十堰市应该针对农村电商物流服务进行人才的培养与引进，其次应该对十堰市的物流系统提供适当的资金进行研究，最后应该加快对十堰市农村电商物流企业的基础设施的建设，以更好的保障在乡村振兴战略下，十堰市农村电商物流企业可以更好的为十堰市的农村居民提供服务，提高十堰市农村物流电商的服务水平。 关键词：乡村振兴；农村物流企业；服务水平；改善建议 Abstract With the improvement of social productivity and economic development, people's living standards have also been improved. With the popularity of the Internet, more and more residents can do online shopping. The development of rural e-commerce logistics has become one of the key issues that need to be concerned. In the context of rural revitalization, the development of rural e-commerce logistics has played an important role in China's economic and social development, and has also received extensive attention in recent years. In recent years, China has successively issued a series of documents to ensure the long-term and stable development of rural e-commerce logistics. Rural e-commerce logistics enterprises are the basic industries of rural economic revitalization under the background of rural development strategy, so the service level of rural e-commerce logistics is also very important. The level of rural e-commerce logistics service can directly affect the development of rural e-commerce logistics. At present, due to some inherent reasons in rural areas, the improvement of the service level of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises is restricted Under the strategic background of rural revitalization, this paper studies the service level of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance, as well as the development content of rural e-commerce logistics service under the Rural Revitalization Strategy. The second part introduces the theory of rural e-commerce and the development of rural e-commerce logistics under the Rural Revitalization Strategy. The third part analyzes the development of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy. The analysis is mainly divided into three aspects, namely, the current situation of the development of e-commerce logistics in Shiyan City, the development environment of logistics enterprises in Shiyan City and the current situation of the service level of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City. The fourth part analyzes the current situation of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City, and points out the following problems: lack of professional talents related to logistics services, inadequate development of rural e-commerce logistics system in Shiyan City and imperfect infrastructure related to rural e-commerce logistics in Shiyan City. The fifth part for the fourth part of the identified problems, put forward targeted improvement suggestions, first of all, Shiyan City should be for rural e-commerce logistics service personnel training and introduction, secondly, Shiyan City logistics system should provide appropriate funds for research, and finally should speed up the construction of infrastructure of rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City, in order to better protect the environment Under the strategy of rural revitalization, rural e-commerce logistics enterprises in Shiyan City can better provide services for rural residents and improve the service level of rural logistics e-commerce in Shiyan City.
