| 目的论视角下的政治类文本中民生特色词汇的英译研究——以2020年政府工作报告为例
摘要
随着中国综合国力和国际地位的不断地上升，中国的国际影响力也越来越重要。所以，中国的内部政策和外交情况饱受世界的关注。政府工作报告作为我国极其重要的政治文件，体现着我国的政治立场与最新的工作动态，是国际社会了解中国的重要窗口。本文采用目的论的视角，利用目的论的三大原则来研究政治类文本中民生特色词汇的翻译策略，去探索政治类文本的多种翻译方式，力图全面且系统地探究2020年政府工作报告的汉译英版本，能感知中国特色词汇中蕴含的文化意义以及能更准确地向外界传播中国最官方和最准确的信息。此选题能为其他政治文件的翻译上起到一定的理论参考与借鉴作用，以及能加以提高英译文本的翻译质量，对促进国际间的交流起到辅助作用。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and international status, China's international influence is becoming more and more important. Therefore, China's internal policies and diplomaticsituation have attracted the attention of the world. As an extremely important political document of our country,the government work report reflects our country's politicalstance and the latest work trends, which is an important window for the international community to study China. This thesis adopts the perspective of teleology and uses the three principles ofteleology to study the translation strategies of people’s livelihood features in political texts, explores multiple translation methods for political texts,and strives to comprehensively and systematically explore the 2020 government work report. The Chinese-English version can perceive the cultural meaning contained in Chinese characteristic vocabulary and can more accurately disseminate China's most official and accurate information to the outside world. This topic can play a certain theoretical reference role for the translationof other political documents,and can improve the quality of the English translation, and play an auxiliary role in promoting international exchanges.
