Analyses and Countermeasures of Human Resources

Flow in Eastern Salt Lake City

Abstract: This article selects representative Eastern Salt LakeCity activities and conducts research with theory and examples. On the one hand, it can provide circumstantial evidence for the past research results of experts and scholars on human resource entry, internal mobility,and exit, and combine them with new methods under new circumstances to further supplement. And perfect the theoretical system, on the other hand,it can solve the problem of effective human resource flow for Eastern Salt Lake City Company, and provide some reference opinions, hoping to help solve some practical problems.
