浅谈X公司招聘中的问题及对策研究 摘要 近年来,伴随经济的不断发展,我国中小企业如雨后春笋般出现,企业之间的竞争也愈发激烈。而人们所接触到的事物增加,知识面增加,越来越多的高精尖人才出现。然则,中小企业囿于自身发展瓶颈,致使人才招聘等方面存在诸多问题,出现人才“进不来,留不住”的现象。但是从人力资源管理的角度来看,目前,各中小企业在招聘方面并没有一套系统科学的方法,仍然是比较原始的,粗暴的招聘方式,招聘工作更是没有完整的规章制度,都是根据企业过往经验来进行。基于此,本文以禧萁公司为例,调查,研究并分析中小企业在招聘中存在的问题,并提出适当的解决方案,以期能够为禧萁公司甚至一些中小企业提供依据和参考。 关键词:中小企业;招聘问题;人力资源,对策分析 Abstract In recent years, along with the continuous development of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up in China andthe competition between enterprises has become more and more intense. As people are exposed to more and more things,their knowledge has increased and more and more highly skilled people have emerged. However, SMEs are caught in their own development bottlenecks,resulting in many problems in talent recruitment, and the phenomenon of talent "not coming in, not staying in". However, from the perspective of human resource management, at present,SMEs do not have a set of systematic and scientific methods in recruitment, but are still relatively primitive and crude recruitment methods. Based on this, this paper investigates,researches and analyses the problems ofrecruitment in SMEs, taking the example of XiQi, and proposes appropriate solutions in order to provide a basis and reference for XiQi and even some SMEs.
