摘要
 
随着经济环境竞争的加剧,市场竞争已然成为必然。在人力资源社会中,激烈的市场竞争归根到底还是人才的竞争,企业拥有人才优势才能获得更大的市场竞争力,人才是企业核心竞争力的重要因素,是企业获取人才的重要手段,也是企业创造和赢得竞争优势的重要环节。人才招聘是人力资源中最重要也最基础的模块之一,一个团体由人员组成,没有了人员就不会有组织的形成。人才招聘的成败与否直接决定了企业的经济效益和存在价值。如何引才、育才、留才是每个企业经营管理者所需要思考的问题,人力资源管理在企业总体发展目标的实现中具有举足轻重的作用,各企业也在为如何提高竞争力不断的进行内外部的调整。尤其是在员工的招聘、培养、激励等各方面都不断的完善、提髙工作效率,以此紧跟公司发展速度,为其提供坚实的人力支撑。
 
中小企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,本文通过对中小企业人才招聘的现状进行分析,发现目前人才招聘出现观念陈旧、缺乏科学规划、渠道单一、对岗位需要的人员缺乏准确定位等问题。因此,本文对广州锦兴信息咨询公司为研究对象,采用文献研究、个案分析和访谈法等研究方法,为该公司员工招聘管理的现状以及存在问题进行分析并提出对策,提出了几点优化建议以供参考。为该公司的招聘体系优化提供了可靠的依据,此次有效的研宄完善了该公司员工的招聘体系,促进了人力资源招聘工作的高效运行,吸引更高质量的人才。同时可为同行业在人员招聘水平方面提供借鉴。

With the intensification of economic environment competition,the fierce market competition is still the competition of talents in the final analysis. Only when enterprises have talent advantages can they obtain greater market competitiveness.Talent is an important factor in the core competitiveness of enterprises, an important means for enterprises to obtain talents,and an important link for enterprises to create and win competitive advantages. The success or failure of talent recruitment directly determines the economic benefits and existence value of enterprises. How to attract, educate and retain talents is the problem that every enterprise manager needs to think about. Human resource management plays an important role in the realization ofthe overall development goal of the enterprise,and each enterprise is also making internal and external adjustments to improve its competitiveness. Especially in the recruitment, training,motivation and other aspects of employees are constantly improving and improving work efficiency, in order to keep up with the company's development speed and provide solid human support.
 
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China's economy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of talent recruitment in smalland medium-sized enterprises,this paper finds that there are some problems in talent recruitment, such as outdated concept, lack of scientific planning, single channel, lack of accurate positioning of personnel needed for posts, etc. Therefore, this paper takes Guangzhou Jinxing information consulting company as the researchobject, adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis and interview,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the company's employeerecruitment management, and puts forward some countermeasures, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for reference. It provides a reliable basis for the company's recruitment system optimization.This effective research improves the company's staff recruitment system,promotes the efficient operation of human resource recruitment, and attracts higher quality talents. At the same time,it can provide reference for the same industry in personnel recruitment level.
