人员素质测评方法在企业招聘中的应用研究——以华为公司为例


摘 要
 
全球经济一体化不仅为企业带来了产品和服务的竞争,随之而来的还有人力资源的竞争。在当今“企业的竞争就是人才的竞争”的社会中,企业老板和人力资源专业人员越来越关注企业如何获取到与岗位相匹配的优质人才这个问题。而招聘作为企业获取人才的主要渠道,在人力资源管理中起着根本性的作用,但是随着社会对人才素质的多样化要求,传统的根据经验选拔人才的方法已经不再能满足社会的这种多样化需求,然而更加科学化、客观化的人员素质测评体系的出现填补了这个空缺。作为新型的选拔人才的方法体系,人员素质测评技术能够基于规范化的岗位说明,对被测者的匹配度做出合理的判断,并对其能力素质有一个科学的评估,用灵活多变的招募方式为企业高效科学的匹配到最合适的人才,但由于目前我国企业应用这一技术还处于起步阶段,存在着一些不足,因此对这一课题进行研究具有非常重要的现实意义。本文首先分析了人员素质测评在企业招聘中的作用以及企业中常见的测评方法,接着对其在企业招聘中应用的现状和存在的问题进行了探讨,并以华为企业人员素质测评技术在招聘中应用的案例为基础进行了研究,归纳出华为企业在招聘中应用人员素质测评技术存在的问题,继而提出了改进华为企业运用人员素质测评技术的优化建议,希望能给企业实施招聘工作起到一定的指导作用。

ABSTRACT
 
Global economic integration not only brings competition for products and services for enterprises, but also for human resources. In today's society where "the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents", business owners and human resource professionals are paying more and more attentionto the issue of how companies can obtain high-quality talents that match their positions. Recruitment, as the main channel for enterprises to acquire talents, plays a fundamental role in human resource management. However, with the diversified requirements of the society for the quality of talents,the traditional method of selecting talents based on experience can no longer meet the needs of society. Such diverse needs, but the emergence of a more scientific and objective personnel quality evaluation system fills this gap. As a new method system for selecting talents,personnel quality evaluation technology can make reasonable judgments on the matching degree of testees based on standardized job descriptions, and have a scientific assessment of their abilities and qualities, using flexible and changeable recruitment methods For the company to efficiently and scientifically match the most suitable talents, but because the application of this technology in my country's enterprises is still in its infancy, there are some shortcomings, so the research on this subject has very important practical significance. This article first analyzes the role of personnel quality evaluation in enterprise recruitment and common evaluation methods in enterprises,and then discusses the status and existing problems of itsapplication in enterprise recruitment, and uses Huawei’s enterprise personnel quality evaluation technology in recruitment. Based on the application cases,the research was conducted to summarize the problems in the application of personnel quality evaluation technology in Huawei enterprises in recruitment, and then put forward optimization suggestions to improve the use of personnel quality evaluation technology in Huawei enterprises, hoping to give enterprises a certain degree of recruitment.
