浅论隐形领导力——以格力集团董事长董明珠为例

摘要:
随着现代社会互联网的崛起,各类企业逐渐走入人们的视野,加深的大众对其企业文化发展的了解,与此同时,作为企业核心领导者的领导力成为近年来学者们所关注的焦点之一,围绕其讨论的话题与发表的论文层出不穷、众说纷纭。隐形领导力作为领导力重要组成部分,有关文献对此表述相对较少,为了解隐形领导力的基本概况和与企业发展间的关系,本文以格力集团董事长董明珠为例,分析发现董明珠的领导艺术与企业文化发展状况,了解隐形领导力在其管理活动中担任的不同角色,内容主要以领导者的个人特质与企业文化发展两方面进行阐述。为了体现隐形领导力在领导力中的运用,本文最后就隐形领导力的培养和需求进行简要说明,促进企业可持续发展。

On invisible leadership

——Take Dong Mingzhu, chairman of Gree Group as an example

Abstract: with the rise of the Internet in modern society,all kinds of enterprises gradually come into people's vision, deepening the public's understanding of the development of their corporate culture. At the same time, as the core leader of the enterprise,leadership has become one of the focuses of scholars inrecent years, and the topic of discussion and published papers emerge in an endless stream. As an important part of leadership,invisible leadership is rarely described in relevant literature. In order to understand the basic situation of invisible leadership and the relationship between invisible leadership and enterprise development, taking Dong Mingzhu,chairman of Gree Group as an example,this paper analyzes Dong Mingzhu's leadership art and enterprise culture development, and understands the different roles and contents of invisible leadership in its management activities This paper mainly discusses the personal characteristics of leaders and the development of corporate culture. In order to reflect the application of invisible leadership in leadership,this paper finally gives a brief description of the cultivation and demandof invisible leadership, so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
