NY银行GJ支行员工培训体系优化研究


摘要

随着信息化时代的发展和知识经济的腾飞,人才稀缺问题在各个行业凸显,银行业亦是如此。加强员工培训与管理是银行实现健康可持续发展的关键所在。作为最为重要的管理行为,人力资源管理在银行资源配置与经营管理中无疑是十分重要的。未来的人力资源管理将在一定程度上影响并主导银行的经营与发展,中国经济的转型发展以及中国银行业监管体系的改革,将对金融人才,特别是商业银行的人才提出更多、更高、更严的要求。

教育培训是干部员工队伍建设的先导性、基础性、战略性工程,在推动银行改革发展中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用。高素质的银行员工能够强有力的推动银行发展;反之,则会阻碍银行的发展。因此,如何提高员工培训的有效性,全面提升员工素质,使之能够更好地为银行发展做出贡献,是各大商业银行亟待解决的课题,加强员工培训体系研究迫在眉睫。 

在本研究中,笔者首先就本文的研究背景、国内外研究文献、研究思路、研究方法、研究内容、研究框架及研究体系进行了简要阐述。其次,对培训的相关理论基础进行了简单概括。再次,选取NY银行GJ支行作为个案进行分析,通过对该银行员工培训体系现状运用访谈法、问卷调查法进行调研,找出当前GJ支行员工人培训体系存在的问题,并对这些问题进行深入剖析,为后文提出针对性地意见和建议提供理论和现实依据。然后再根据对GJ支行员工培训体系存在问题及原因的分析,结合银行的实际情况,提出了优化GJ支行员工培训体系的路径。最后提出培训体系优化设计的实施保障措施。笔者旨在通过本研究,进一步优化GJ支行员工培训体系,为推动该银行各项业务发展提供扎实的智力支持和人才保障,同时也为其他支行在员工培训体系的建立和完善上提供一定的借鉴。

ogy and the advent of knowledge economic era,the problem of shortage of talented people is highlighted in all trades and professions,the banking industry is also the case.As staff training and management is the key to achieve healthy and sustainable development of the bank, so we must strengthen it.The most important management behavior,human resource management is very important in the enterprise resource allocation and management.Human resource management in the future will be affected to a certain extent and leading enterprise management and development,reform and development

of the economy and the transformation of China Chinese banking supervision system,or the financial talent,especially talent of commercial bank,put forward higher,more stringent requirements.In the process of promoting the development of enterprise,the staff of enterprises play an important role,high-quality employees can effectively promote the development of enterprises;on the contrary,it will hinder the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of staff training,improve staff quality,so that it can better contribute to the development of the bank,is the major or commercial banks need to resolve the issue,strengthen the personnel training system of imminent.

In this study,the author first briefly described the present situation of research background and significance,research content,research framework,research methods and research at home and abroad in this paper;secondly,the relevant theoretical basis for training is summarized briefly;again,select the GJ branch of NY bank as a case analysis,through the investigation of the current situation of employee training system of the bank,to find out the current staff training system of GJ branch of NY bank problems,and in depth analysis of these problems,to provide theoretical and practical basis for pertinent comments and suggestions put forward;usually according to the above analysis the existing problems and reasons of the employee training system of GJ branch of NY bank,combined with the actual situation of GJ branch of NY bank, and puts forward the path optimization training system of GJ branch of NY bank.Through this study,to further optimize the staff training system of GJ branchof NY bank,to provide intellectual support and personnel security and to promote the development of the business of GJ branch of NY bank,but also for other banks to establish and improve staff training system of the reference.
