知识型员工激励中存在的问题与对策研究——以SX公司为例


摘 要:在竞争激烈的社会背景下,知识型员工作为企业的中流砥柱,为企业的竞争发展提供重要保障,而且知识型员工的工作表现也会直接影响公司的进步。那么如何激励知识型员工使其表现良好正是企业需要重视的问题,笔者以SX公司为例,针对该公司知识型员工激励机制进行问卷调查,通过调查结果发现该公司在知识型员工激励机制方面存在几个问题,分别是员工薪酬方面激励性不高、福利方面激励性不足、职位晋升机制缺乏激励效果。针对问题笔者结合问卷和公司具体情况分析出三大原因:公司对人力资源管理的投入不足、忽视了知识型员工的个性化需求、对员工的职业生涯发展没有合理的规划。最后笔者以理论性知识为基础结合公司的综合情况,针对SX公司存在的问题提出解决方案,即构建合理的薪酬制度、实施弹性福利计划、建立多通道晋升机制。希望在帮助SX公司吸引、挽留知识型员工的同时,增强公司的凝聚力、竞争力,也为SX企业的竞争提供一些力量,帮助其长期稳定的发展。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Motivation of Knowledge Workers——Take SX company as an example

Abstract:In the context of fierce competition, knowledge workers,as the mainstay of the company,provide an important guarantee for the company's competitive development, and the performance of knowledge workers will directly affect the company's progress. So how to motivate knowledge workers to make them performwell is an issue that enterprises need to pay attention to. The author takes SX company as an example,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the company’s knowledge employee incentive mechanism. Through the survey results,I find that the company is in the knowledge employee incentive mechanism. There are several problems, namely, low incentives in employee compensation,insufficient incentives in welfare, and lack of incentive effects in the position promotion mechanism. In response to the problem,the author analyzed three main reasons based on the questionnaire and the specific situation of the company: insufficient investment in human resource management by the company, ignoring the individual needs of knowledge workers, and lack of reasonable planning for the career development of employees. Finally, based on theoretical knowledge and the comprehensive situation of the company,the author puts forward solutions to the problems of SX company,namely constructing a reasonable salary system, implementing flexible welfare plans, and establishing a multi-channel promotion mechanism. It is hoped that while helping SX company attract and retain knowledge-based employees,it will also enhance the company's cohesion and competitiveness,and also provide some strength for the SX company's competition and help its long-term and stable development.
