论述我国现代企业人力资源

摘 要
在社会的不断进步下,人力资源管理在企业中的作用逐渐凸显出来,到至今为止人力资源管理已经成为企业不可或缺的一部分,在提升企业的竞争力方面起着至关重要的作用。人力资源管理理念和管理体系传入我国的时间相对较晚,因此与西方国家相比相对落后,发展至今仍有许多不足之处,在与国外企业的竞争中无疑是缺乏优势。本文运用所学人力资源理论知识结合我国现代企业发展,剖析在发展过程中企业的人力资源管理的不足和缺陷,并针对问题提出个人意见和相关措施。本文研究中发现企业人力资源管理中存在管理人员素质偏差,管理理念陈旧,不符合现代企业发展方向,以及在绩效考核中存在的漏洞,并针对这些问题提出了整改意见和措施。

Discussing the human resource management problems ofmodern enterprises in China and the solutions

Abstract With the continuous progress of the society,the role of human resource management in enterprises has been gradually highlighted. Up to now, human resource management has become an indispensable part of enterprises, playing a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The introduction of HRM concept and management system into China is relatively late, so it is relatively backward compared with western countries. So far, there are still many deficiencies in its development,and it undoubtedly lacks advantages in the competition with foreign enterprises. This paper combines the human resource theory knowledge with the development of modern enterprises in China, analyzes the deficiencies and defects of human resource management in the process of development, and puts forward personal opinions and relevant measures for the problems. In this paper, it is found that the human resource management of enterprises has the quality deviation of managers, the management concept is outdated,does not conform to the development direction of modern enterprises, and the loopholes in the performance assessment, and put forward the rectification opinions and measures to address these problems.
