企业人力资源管理问题探讨——以上海公牛电器公司企业培训问题研究为例

摘 要


近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,作为我国现有经济体制的重要企业类型之一, 民营企业逐渐成为了我国各地方重要发展对象, 当地经济的发展起着不可替代的作用,而优秀的人才成为民营企业发展的重要保障。 民营企业在快速发展过程中,也伴随着许多问题的出现, 对于企业人力资源的培训管理问题成为企业发展过程中的重要问题。 员工培训是现代企业获得高素质人才,提升员工综合素质的重要途径。

本文主要以上海市公牛电器有限公司为研究对象, 具体结构如下:本文第一部分为企业培训的概述, 包括培训的定义、组成结构、企业培训的效益以及企业员工培训的重要性, 第二部分为上海公牛电器有限公司培训体系的现状介绍, 包括对于上海公牛电器有限公司的简要介绍以及上海市公牛电器有限公司的培训现状, 第三部分为上海公牛电器又像是企业培训体系目前存在的主要问题, 包括企业培训理念方面以及培训体系存在的问题两方面, 第四部分是针对于目前上海公牛电器有限公司存在的主要问题提出相应的解决对策, 包括树立科学的培训理念和完善培训体系, 以期完善上海公牛电器有限公司的企业培训体系。

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous development of our country's economy, as one of the important types of enterprises in our existing economic system, private enterprises have gradually become an important development object in all parts of our country. The development of local economy plays an irreplaceable role, and excellent talents have become an important guarantee for the development of private enterprises. In the process of rapid development of private enterprises, there are also many problems. The training and management of human resources has become an important issue in the process of enterprise development. Staff training is an important way for modern enterprises to acquire high-quality talents and enhance their overall quality.

This article mainly takes Shanghai Bull Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. as the research object, and the concrete structure is as follows: The first part is an overview of enterprise training, including the definition, composition, benefit of enterprise training and the importance of employee training, and the second part is the current situation of training system of Shanghai Bull Electric Appliance Co. , Ltd. The third part is about the main problems existing in the training system of Shanghai Bulls Electric Appliances Co. , Ltd., including the concept of enterprise training and the problems existing in the training system. The fourth part is about the problems existing in the training system of Shanghai Bulls Electric Appliances Co. , Ltd. In view of the main problems existing in Shanghai Bull Electric Appliance Co. , Ltd., the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including establishing scientific training concept and improving training system, in order to improve the enterprise training system of Shanghai Bull Electric Appliance Co. , Ltd.
