| 基于大数据的企业校园招聘现状与趋势分析 摘 要 论文将通过对2017-2019年度中国企业校园招聘大数据的梳理，分析企业校园招聘的现状与发展趋势，分析企业校园招聘存在的问题，针对存在的问题提出具体的建议和对策。第一部分：校园招聘的理论概述。拟对校园招聘相关概念、理论、意义等进行分析。第二部分：基于大数据的企业校园招聘现状调查与分析。对测评平台2017-2019年度中国企业校园招聘大数据进行调查与分析。第三部分：基于大数据的企业校园招聘发展趋势分析。主要对校园招聘趋势、人才测评方法、选拔标准等进行分析。第四部分：企业校园招聘管理的建议。通过分析大数据显示的现状与趋势，从企业的角度，提出校园招聘管理的建议。 关键词：大数据；企业校园招聘；趋势分析 Abstract This paper will analyze the current situation and development trend of enterprise campus recruitment,analyze the existing problems of enterprise campus recruitment, and put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures.
