魅力型领导,团队情绪智力对团队绩效的影响

【摘要】 随着经济的不断发展和进步,创业团队的发展越来越关注领导的管理风格。直至现在有许多研究和理论专注于魅力型领导。有关魅力型领导理论起源于二十世纪八十年代。它是重要的领导风格之一,魅力型领导在组织背景下个人权利和魅力相对较强,他让团队员工意识到承担任务和刺激团队的高层次需求的重要性,促使团队员工更加着重团队的利益而超越个人利益使得工作成果超出预期,但在团队的合作中,不仅需要一个优秀的领导者,很多时候团队工作只凭一个好的领导要完成一个任务还是相当困难,所以很多时候工作中团队的理念极其重要。近年来,国内外有很多学者对团队情绪智力进行研究,并提出的理论表示团队情绪智力与团队绩效、领导风格有着密切的联系。本文会根据调查从实证出发,对创业团队中的领导、员工进行问卷调查数据分析,从中探讨魅力型领导,团队情绪智力和团队绩效三者之间的关系

In recent years, research on team emotional intelligence at home and abroad shows that it is closely related to team performance and leadership style.
