| 我国现行罪犯假释制度研究 摘要：罪犯假释制度作为一项刑罚的具体执行方式，其产生和发展与近代民主法治的发展息息相关。在长期实践发展过程中，罪犯假释制度渐渐体现出其对社会的无可替代的积极作用。本文介绍了罪犯假释制度的一般理论，分析我国现行罪犯假释制度的发展，分析我国罪犯假释制度的现状、现存问题及其成因并提出几点完善建议。 关键词：假释制度 现状 适用 发展 完善 Research on the current parole system of criminals in our country Abstract：As an execution method of criminal punishment,the emergence and development of the parole system are closely related to the development of modern democracy and the rule of law.
