B2C电子商务中末端配送问题研究

摘 要


如今社会信息科技的发展很快,很多人为了方便而选择网上购物或交易,电子商务市场规模在不断扩大,人们对电子商务平台的依赖和认可也越发强烈,然而物流的发展却成为电子商务发展的瓶颈,市场正呼唤着一个既专业公共又方便经济的快递代收、配送平台。从电子商务环境下出发,选择能提高消费者满意度的配送模式,并找出相关影响因素,由此对我国电子商务B2C末端配送在当前大环境下的决策提供建议并提出展望。

Abstract

Nowadays, with the rapid development of social information technology,many people choose online shopping or transaction for convenience,the scale of e-commerce market is constantly expanding,and people rely on and recognize e-commerce platform more and more strongly, however, the development of logistics has become the bottleneck of e-commerce development, the market is calling for a professional public and convenient economic express delivery, delivery platform. Starting from the environment of E-commerce,this paper selects the distribution mode that can improve the satisfaction of consumers,and finds out the relevant factors, thus providing suggestions and prospects for the decision-making of B2C terminal distribution in the current environment of e-commerce in China.
