| 商务英语的语言特征和汉译技巧 摘要：商务合同是法律文本的三大类型之一，是在商务合作中，双方在进行商务合作时，为了明确各自的权利和义务而签订的必须共同遵守的具有法律效力的协议。明确商务合同的语言特点和相应的反应策略是我们进行商务英语合同翻译的要点及难点。文章结合商务英语合同的语言特点，通过总结翻译过程中所出现的重点与问题，结合具体译例从词语，句子以及篇章三个层面对译文进行分析，探究了英文合同文本汉译的策略与方法。最后，对商务合同语言特征和翻译技巧总结，希望对今后的翻译工作有所启发。 关键词： 商务英语合同;语言特征;翻译技巧 Language Features in English Business Contract and Translation skill in E-C Translation Abstracts：Business contract is one of the three main types of legal text,is in the business cooperation,the two sides in the business cooperation, in order to clarify their rights and obligations and signed must abide by the legal effect of the agreement. Clarifying the language characteristics of business contracts and corresponding response strategies are the main points and difficulties for us to translate business English contracts. Based on the linguistic characteristics of business English contract,this paper explores the strategy and method of Chinese translation ofEnglish contract text by summarizing the key points and problems in the process of translation, analyzing the translation from the three levels of words, sentences and chapters. Finally, the paper summarizes the language characteristics and translation skills of business contracts, hoping to enlighten the translation work in the future.
