Henry David Thoreau, with a acute eye, noticed ecological crisis and embodied it in his Walden.Recent years, many researchers have been exploring ecological perspective by Walden.In regard of Walden as a literary work,this thesis intends to analyse the textof Walden with the help of ecocriticism to get some enlightenment to maintain ecological balance between nature, society and human spirit.
