酒店管理英语人才的培养探究【英文】

摘要


在中国与世界交流日益频繁的大背景下,通过英语母语国家认可的英语水平能力测试无疑更能权威反映酒店应聘者的英语水平,因此对酒店管理英语人才培养而言,这种趋势的变化无疑对酒店管理和英语专业学生提出了更高的要求,对于中国酒店英语人才培养也提出了更大的挑战。

本文以酒店管理英语人才的培养为切入点,对目前的酒店英语需求和员工英语水平现状做出了分析,并从校内理论培训以及校外实操培训做出了诠释。首先,时代发展越来越快,酒店行业也在逐步的国际化,在改革与发展中遇到了不少问题,如何使这些问题得到解决并促进酒店管理英语水平越来越高,从理论教学和实际运用的角度进行分析和探究。其次,在校理论教学又分为教学改革建立更专业化的课程,树立以学生职业能力为本的理念,创造专业英语课程体系。校外在岗实操教学分为让更多的酒店工作人员得到更好的更具有技术性的英语培训和不同岗位的不同英语教学培养。

Abstract

In the context of increasingly frequent exchanges between China and the world,the English proficiency test recognized by native English speaking countries undoubtedly reflects the English proficiency of hotel candidates more authoritatively,so for hotel management English talent training,this trend undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for hotel management and English majors, and poses greater challenges for hotel English talent training in China.

Taking training of English talents in hotel management as starting point,this paper analyzes the current situation of hotel English demand and staff English proficiency, and interprets it from the theoretical training in school and the practical training outside school.First of all, the times are developing faster and faster,the hotel industry is also gradually internationalized,in the reform and development encountered a lot of problems, how to solve these problems and promoting the hotel management English level is getting higher and higher.This paper starts from the angle of theory teaching and practical application.There is one more point, theoretical teaching in school is divided into reform ineducation to establish more specialized courses,to establish the concept of students' professional ability, and to create a professional English curriculum system. Off-campus practical teaching is divided into better and more technical English trainingfor many hotel employee and different English teaching training for different positions.
