Study on mechanical performance of FRP confined concrete columns based on numerical experiments 基于数值试验的FRP约束混凝土柱力学性能研究 摘要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)约束混凝土柱具有承载力高、延性好等优点,目前以构件试验为主要研究方法,很难对其截面尺寸、混凝土强度等级以及FRP层数等参数进行全面研究。本文基于Drucker-Prager弹塑性本构建立有限元模型,并通过现有试验结果验证了该模型的正确性;采用该有限元模型研究了不同截面直径、混凝土强度等级以及FRP层数对FRP约束混凝土柱轴压力学性能的影响。结果表明:FRP层数恒定时,FRP约束混凝土柱轴向承载力和延性随着混凝土强度等级的提高而分别提高和降低。混凝土强度恒定时,FRP约束混凝土柱的轴向承载力和延性随着FRP约束量的增加而提高。混凝土强度和FRP层数恒定时,FRP约束混凝土柱轴向承载力随着约束混凝土柱直径的增大,其约束对强度的提高作用逐步减小,极限应力减小。本文通过数值试验的方法较全面研究了不同参数对FRP约束混凝土柱的轴压性能的影响,可为FRP约束混凝土柱受力性能进一步研究和工程设计提供参考。 关键词:FRP约束混凝土柱;轴压性能;Drucker-Prager模型;数值试验 Study on mechanical performance of FRP confined concrete columns based on numerical experiments Abstract: Fiber-reinforced Polymer (FRP) Confined Concrete Columns have the advantages of high bearing capacity and good ductility. Now, the main research methods are component test.It is difficult to make a comprehensive study about key parameters such as sectional dimension, concrete strength and number of FRP layers. The model is established based on Drucker Prager-elastoplastic constitutive finite,and the correctness of the model is validated through the existing experimental results. The effect of the concrete strength grade,FRP layers and different cross section diameter on the performance of FRP confined concrete columns axial compression is studied by using the finite element model. The results show that when the layers of FRP are constant,the axial strength and ductility will increase and decrease respectively with the increasing of the strength level of concrete. When concrete strength is constant,the axial bearing capacity and ductility of FRP confined concrete columns will increase with the increasing of the layers of FRP. When constraint amount of FRP and concrete strength are constant,the confinement effect of FRP for inner concrete will decrease with the increasing of the section diameter. The effects of different parameters on the axial compression performance of FRP confined concrete columns are studied comprehensively by numerical experiments in this paper,and it can provide a reference for further research and engineering design of FRP confined concrete columns.
