| 从《玛格丽特小镇》中看西方女性形象 Abstract: Since the 20th century, female’s status in the political，economic, andcultural fields has been continuously improved. More and more scholars have studied female’s images. Based on the novel Margaret Town, this paper is to study the image of western women from three aspects: independence and ego, confidence and optimistic,pursuing love and freedom。It is necessary to analyze the Western female image in Margaret Town, which is very necessary for the women to construct the independent consciousness of women, to get rid of the bondage of the male power. |
