动态矩阵控制算法在液位控制系统中的应用


摘要
 
随着科学技术和工业生产的迅速发展,过程控制在这里扮演着很大的角色,而液位控制是工业生产中常常遇到的控制问题,研究液位控制系统也是对现实工业生产的进步发挥着重要的作用,那么液位控制系统的算法研究也会越来越受到广大学者的关注。因此,本课题以双容水箱液位控制系统为研究对象,将预测控制中的动态矩阵控制算法应用于水箱液位控制系统中,分析控制性能,能为实际应用提供指导意义。
 
针对液位控制系统的基本要求,以双容水箱系统为被控对象,根据物料平衡定理建立起其数学模型的模型,并把动态矩阵控制算法应用其中,分析比较动态矩阵控制算法参数对控制性能的影响,同时,与其它算法进行对比,通过仿真得到动态矩阵控制算法的鲁棒性和抗干扰性等方面的表现。
 
本文还简单地阐述了MATLAB平台的优点,具有强大的计算能力,主要也在此平台上进行仿真,得到了满意的结果,突出将动态矩阵控制引入到水箱液位控制系统中,并取得了很好地控制效果,同时也分析其短处,能够为以后的系统控制分析提供了依据。

Abstract
 
With the rapid development of science and technology and industrial production, process control plays a very important role here,and liquid level control is a control problem often encountered in industrial production. The research of liquid level control system also plays an important role in the progress of industrial production,so the algorithm research of liquid level control system will be more and more concerned by scholars. Therefore, this paper takes the double tank level control system as the research object,applies the dynamic matrix control algorithm in predictive control to the tank level control system, and analyzes the control performance, which can provide guidance for practical application.
 
According to the basic requirements of liquid level control system,taking the double tank system as the controlled object,the mathematical model is established according to thematerial balance theorem, and the dynamic matrix control algorithm is applied to analyze and compare the influence of dynamic matrix control algorithm parameters on control performance. At the same time, compared with other algorithms,the robustness of dynamic matrix control algorithm is obtained through simulation and anti-interference performance.
 
This paper also briefly describes the advantages of MATLAB platform,which has strong computing power, and mainly carries out simulation on this platform, and obtains satisfactory results. It highlights the introduction of dynamic matrix control into thewater tank level control system, and achieves good control effect. At the same time, it also analyzes its shortcomings,which can provide a basis for the future system control analysis.
