济源市中原工模具钢有限公司知识型人才招聘中存在的问题及对策 摘要:企业实现转型升级需要依靠知识型人才,文章通过对国内外知识型人才招聘相关理论知识的了解,从招聘流程、招聘渠道以及招聘团队三个主要方面分析济源市中原工模具钢有限公司的知识型人才招聘现状,通过调查问卷分析济源市中原工模具钢有限公司知识型人才招聘中存在的问题,查找问题产生的原因,并提出完善济源市中原工模具钢有限公司的招聘对策。在招聘过程中有效结合FVV模型,严格将招聘的每一环节落实到位,增强知识型人才招聘的有效程度。在维护好现有渠道的基础上,拓宽新的招聘渠道,增加校园招聘力度。对招聘团队实施系统化培训,不断提升其专业能力,为企业转型升级提供人才保障。 关键词:知识型人才 招聘流程 招聘渠道 招聘团队 Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Recruitment of Knowledge-based Talents in Jiyuan Zhongyuan Tool & Die Steel Co., Ltd. Abstract: Enterprises need to rely on knowledge-based talents to realize the transformation and upgrading. Through the understanding of domestic and foreign knowledge-based talents recruitment related theoretical knowledge, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge-based talent recruitment in Jiyuan Central Plain Die & Mould Steel Co. , Ltd. from three main aspects: recruitment process, recruitment channel and recruitment team, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the recruitment of knowledge-based talents in Central Plain Steel Co. , Ltd. of Jiyuan, finds out the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the recruitment of Central Plain Steel Co. , Ltd.. Combining FVV model effectively in the process of recruitment, every link of recruitment will be put into place strictly to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment of knowledge-based talent. In the maintenance of existing channels on the basis of widening new recruitment channels to increase recruitment efforts on campus. The recruitment team to implement systematic training, and constantly improve their professional ability, for the enterprise transformation and upgrading to provide talent protection.
