中小型连锁餐饮行业绩效管理研究


摘 要:随着疫情逐渐得到控制,社会由“疫情中”转向“疫情后”,国内经济逐渐恢复运转,餐饮行业也慢慢所好转。作为管理者需要思考如何化危机为机遇,实现管理的价值。因此,本文以食遇餐饮管理公司为例,采用了文献调查、问卷调查、案例分析等研究方法,结合其内部人力资源管理制度和企业文化,探讨了公司现有的绩效管理体系,找出公司绩效管理制度的缺陷,并根据现在的行业情况提出具有参考性的意见。希望公司可以通过优化绩效管理体系,伫立起更坚实的后盾,吸引并培养出一批优秀的关键性人才,培养员工的工作积极性和创新能力,提高公司的核心竞争力。

Research on performance management of small and medium chain catering industry
 
——Take Shiyu catering management company as an example
 
Abstract: With the gradual control of the epidemic,the society has changed from "in the epidemic" to"after the epidemic", the domestic economy has gradually recovered, and the catering industry has gradually improved. As a manager, we need to think about how to turn crisis into opportunity and realize the value of management. Therefore, this paper takes Shiyu catering management company as an example,adopts the research methods of literature survey, questionnaire survey, case analysis, etc., combined with its internal human resource management system and corporateculture, discusses the company's existing performance management system,finds out the defects of the company's performance management system,and puts forward some reference opinions according to the current industry situation. It is hoped that the company can establish a more solid backing by optimizing the performance management system, attract and cultivate a group of excellent key talents,cultivate the enthusiasm and innovation ability of employees, and improve the core competitiveness of the company.
