摘 要

人力资源结构分析是对企业现有人力资源的调查和审核，只有对企业现有人力资源有充分的了解和有效的应用，人力资源的各项计划才有意义。通过对常州诚加利高分子材料有限公司基础资料及员工花名册等信息的收集，统计了企业人力资源结构现状及结构情况，发现了企业人力资源结构目前存在的问题，并运用人力资源结构分析法等办法，对企业人力资源结构优化提出了改进建议。
