中小企业员工培训的问题及对策

摘 要


随着经济社会的发展和市场竞争的愈发激烈,中小企业在国民经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用,当然也面临着更为严峻的考验和挑战,随之也暴露出很多问题,现如今很多中小企业都过分注重短期经济效益,因此忽视了对人才的培养。当代企业的竞争,除了技术、产品、营销手段等方面,尤为关键的是人才之间的竞争,而员工培训则是提升员工自身技能、各方面综合素质、员工间的人际关系,增强对企业的归属感和认同感的一种最为有效的途径。员工培训对企业和员工自身都有着十分重要的意义。
本文针对中小企业现存的一些问题进行分析:企业对员工培训的重视度不够、员工培训的积极度不够、对员工培训的需求分析不够全面、没有健全的评估机制等,并对此提出相对应的一些措施,有助于增强我国中小企业的员工培训水平,也有助于中小企业未来的战略发展,早日实现企业的战略目标。

Problems and Solutions of Staff Training in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract

With the development of the economy and society and the increasingly fierce market competition, SMEs are playing an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. Of course, they are also facing more severe testsand challenges, and many problems have been exposed. Many small and medium-sized enterprises pay too much attention to economic benefits and therefore neglect the training of talents. In the competition of contemporary enterprises,in addition to technology, products, marketing methods, etc., the most important thing is the competition between talents.And employee training is the most effective way to improve employees' own skills, comprehensive quality in all aspects,interpersonal relationships between employees, and enhance the sense of belonging and identity to the company. Employee training is of great significance to the company and the employees themselves.
This article analyzes some existing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises : insufficient emphasis on employee training, insufficient enthusiasm for employee training,insufficient analysis of needs for employee training, lack of a sound evaluation mechanism, etc., and puts forward corresponding measures.Some measures will help enhance the level of employee training for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,and will also help them to develop their strategies in the future and realize their strategic goals as soon as possible.
