企业智能化对员工工资的影响 摘要 随着人工智能、大数据等科技的发展,传统企业正在向云服务大数据模式不断演进过渡。智能化演进的成熟,驱使生产方式产生质变,劳动者与技术的结合进入到一个新的阶段致使劳动者面临被机器替代的风险,对于在岗劳动者,也对其工资性收入具有正反两方面影响。基于此背景本文研究了企业智能化对员工工资的影响,企业和员工两个角度重点考察了导致员工工资两级分化的原因,探讨在智能化趋势下员工能否提高自身的技能水平来保持或提高自身工资性收益。研究发现主要从事重复性劳动的低技能水平劳动者,是最有可能被机器替代或者工资降低的群体,劳动者必须通过不断提升自身劳动技能水平及相应的理论知识水平,达到与企业智能化发展趋势同步,才有可能维持或提高自身工资,而为了达到这一目的,不仅需要劳动者自身努力,还需要用人单位建立一整套员工进修机制,整个社会也需要建立完善的学习型社会。 关键词:智能化;工资;技能水平;危机意识 The impact of enterprise intelligence on employees' wages Abstract With the development of artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies,traditional enterprises are making the transition to the cloud service big data model. The maturity of intelligent evolution drives the production mode to produce qualitative change,and the combination of labor and technology enters a new stage,causing the workers to face the risk of being replaced by machines, which also has positive and negative effects on their wage income. Based on this background, this paper studies the impact of enterprise intelligence on employees' wages, and the two perspectives of enterprises and employees focus on the causesof the polarization of employees' wages,and explore whether employees can improve their skill level to maintain or improve their own wage income under the trend of intelligence. The study found that low-skilled workers who are mainly engaged in repetitive labor are the groups most likely to be replaced by machines or reduced wages,and that workers must maintain or raisetheir own wages by constantly improvingtheir labor skill level and corresponding theoretical knowledge level, so as to maintain or raise their own wages in order to achieve this goal, not only need the efforts of the workers themselves, but also need employers to establish a set of staff training mechanism, the whole society also needs to establish a perfect learning society.
