小区物业管理系统的设计与实现

摘要：随着互联网+的发展，使得信息化管理成为了各个企业的主流管理模式。小区物业信息管理系统就是利用计算机技术、网络技术进行物业信息化管理。物业管理员与业主之间不需要面对面进行交流，只需要登录物业信息管理系统就可以对信息进行管理。小区物业信息管理系统为物业管理人员和业主在带来了极大的便利的同时，提高了工作效率，节约了双方的时间。

在对小区物业管理系统的分析的基础上，对系统具体的功能实现上进行了详细的描述。在系统的设计与分析中，对系统的可行性分析、系统的功能需求、数据库设计等进行了详细的说明。本课题设计并开发了一个包含房屋管理模块、业主管理模块、车位管理模块、报修管理模块、投诉管理模块、楼栋管理模块、缴费管理模块等的小区物业管理系统；在系统实现中，本小区物业管理系统采用SSM框架。系统的前端界面采用easyUI框架实现，通过这些开源框架的使用，大大提高了本次系统开发的开发效率。

Abstract：With the development of Internet+, information management has become the mainstream management mode of various enterprises. The residential property information management system uses computer technology and network technology for property information management. The property manager and the owner do not need to communicate face-to-face, just log in to the property information management system to manage the information. The community property information management system brings great convenience to property managers and owners, while improving work efficiency and saving time for both parties.

Based on the analysis of the residential property management system, the specific function realization of the system is described in detail. In the design and analysis of the system, the feasibility analysis of the system, the functional requirements of the system, and the database design are explained in detail. This project has designed and developed a residential property management system that includes housing management module, owner management module, parking space management module, repair management module, complaint management module, building management module, and payment management module; in the system implementation, the property management system of this community The management system adopts the SSM framework. The front-end interface of the system is implemented using the easyUI framework. Through the use of these open source frameworks, the development efficiency of this system development is greatly improved.
