Based on the analysis of the residential property management system, the specific function realization of the system is described in detail. In the design and analysis of the system, the feasibility analysis of the system, the functional requirements of the system, and the database design are explained in detail. This project has designed and developed a residential property management system that includes housing management module, owner management module, parking space management module, repair management module, complaint management module, building management module, and payment management module; in the system implementation, the property management system of this community The management system adopts the SSM framework. The front-end interface of the system is implemented using the easyUI framework. Through the use of these open source frameworks, the development efficiency of this system development is greatly improved.
