摘要：监狱内的罪犯在改造服刑期满后最终的结果都是要回归社会，根据司法部2012年发布的文件，我国每年刑满释放人员超过五十万，数量庞大的刑释人员回归社会问题在近年来越来越引起重视。为了构建和谐社会、维护社会治安稳定，党和政府都在近年来加大了对刑满释放人员的帮扶力度，各项政策的出台都让刑释人员的回归社会之路顺畅许多。刑释人员回归社会过程中家庭接纳程度、社会包容度、刑释人员自身适应能力等因素都影响着回归社会的顺利程度。但作为罪犯监管改造重要环节的监狱仍起着关键性作用，如果监管改造重点仅仅停留在罪犯在监狱内不犯错层面，没有在刑满释放人员与社会之间搭建起桥梁，那么回归社会过程将会困难重重，再犯罪的几率也会大大提升，这无疑是对司法资源的浪费，同时也影响了社会治安管理。因此在罪犯监管改造过程中要适当加强帮助罪犯回归社会方面的教育改造，将其融入到日常监管中。

Abstract: Prisoners in the reform after serving their sentences are the final result is toreturn to the society, according to the Ministry of Justice released in 2012,China every year after the completion of the release of more than 500,000 people, a large number of released prisoners return to society in recent years has attracted more and more attention. In order to build a harmonious society and maintain social security and stability,both the Party and the government in recent years have increased the efforts to help those released after serving their sentences,and the introduction of various policies has made the road for those released from prison to return to society more smooth. The degree of family acceptance,the degree of social tolerance and the adaptability of the released personnel in the process of returning to society all affect the smooth degree of returning to society. But as the criminal regulation reform the important link in the prison are still play a key role,if the regulatory reform focuses only stay in the aspect of criminals in prison is not to make mistakes, not in a person released after serving his sentence and builds a bridge between social,then return to society process will be difficult,again the chance of crime also can greatly improve, this is a waste of judicial resources, but also affected the social public order management. Therefore, in the process of criminal supervision and reform,education and reform should be properly strengthened to helpcriminals return to society and integrate them into daily supervision.
