| 新时期我国基层法律服务现状与对策研究 摘 要：当前，我国全面推进依法治国，大力弘扬社会主义法治精神，基层法律服务在我国社会主义法治社会的建设过程中有着不可替代的重要作用。但在新时期，我国基层法律服务在管理体制、机构设立和从业人员素质等方面产生了一系列问题，使其发展面临困境，影响了基层法律服务在我国全面推进依法治国过程中作用的发挥，为此，找出其症结所在并提出相应对策，是改善我国基层法律服务现状的必要之举。 关键词：基层；法律服务；法制现状；律师 Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Grass-roots Legal Service in China in New Period Abstract At present, our country promotes the rule of law in an all-round way and vigorously promotes the socialist spirit of the rule of law.
