| 论城中村入室盗窃案件的侦查对策 【摘要】随着城市化进程的快速推进，流动人口的日益增长使得城中村成为了城市犯罪的高发地，“孕育”着各类违法犯罪。本文将从当今城中村发展的现状、城中村入室盗窃的犯罪特点、案件频发的原因并结合对具体案例的详细分析，进而寻找此类案件的侦查以及防控对策。积极同违法犯罪行为作斗争，保护人民群众的财产利益不受非法侵害，从而进一步维护社会稳定，促进社会经济发展。 【关键词】城中村；入室盗窃；侦查对策；社会治理 Abstract：With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the ever-increasing floating population,urban villages have become a high incidence of urban crimes, which "bring" all kinds of illegal crimes. This article will analyze the current situation of the development of urbanvillages, the criminal characteristics of burglaries in urban villages,the reasons for frequent cases,and a detailed analysis of specific cases to find the investigation and prevention and control countermeasures of such cases.
