| 女性犯罪现状及心理行为特征研究 摘要: 随着社会格局的不断发展与升级，在全世界范围内女性地位与人人类发展早期得到了质的飞跃，并且在社会中扮演着越来越多的重要角色，这说明了当今社会中的女性权益早已得到了巨大提升，但是与此同时地位提升后也逐渐凸显出另一大问题，那就是女性犯罪率在逐渐升高，从某种程度上来讲，女性犯罪可以看作是一个衡量社会发展文明的标尺。很长一段事件以来，针对女性犯罪的研究早已成为各界人士的工作重点。据不完全统计，当今女性犯罪案件的数量在不断上升，并且越来越具有较强的隐蔽性。在有女性参加的犯罪过程中，往往扮演者重要的犯罪角色，并且反复作案的数量也在不断升高。但是针对女性犯罪的各类相关研究却少之又少，无法从根源上解决女性犯罪率升高和案件侦办困难的问题。通过针对女性犯罪的行为研究，犯罪心理的特点开展探究工作能够帮助我们更好的掌握女性犯罪特征，并且有针对性的预防和警示女性犯罪案件的发生，从而降低女性犯罪案件的发生率。 关键词：女性犯罪 心理行为特征 犯罪率 矫正策略 Abstract:With the continuous development and upgrading of the social pattern, women's status and human beings around the world have made a qualitative leap in the early stage of human development, and they are playing more and more important roles in the society. This shows that women's rights and interests in today's society have been greatly improved, but at the same time, another big problem gradually emerges after the status improvement, that is, the female crime rate In a certain extent, female crime can be regarded as a measure of social development and civilization. For a long time, the research on female crime has become the focus of people from all walks of life. According to incomplete statistics, the number of female criminal cases is increasing, and it is more and more hidden. Women often play an important role in the process of committing crimes, and the number of repeated crimes is also increasing. However, there are few researches on female crime, which can not solve the problem of the rising rate of female crime and the difficulty of case investigation. Through the research on the behavior of female crime and the characteristics of criminal psychology, we can better grasp the characteristics of female crime, and prevent and warn the occurrence of female crime cases, so as to reduce the incidence of female crime cases.
