Abstract

Along with the world economy trade activity unceasing intensifies,business social communication activities are gradually increasing. Verbal humor plays an significant role in people’s communicationactivities，and becomes a lubricant in business social situations. As an important form of human creative communication,verbal humor has penetrated into every corner of business social communication. This thesis will mainly resort to the comprehensive research method.From the perspective of business social pragmatics,to discuss the five functions of verbal humor in business social communication, such as reducing communicative pressure, subtly criticizing, refuting opponents, covering up faults, and regulating the relationship between communicators.

摘要

随着世界经济贸易活动的不断加剧，商务社交活动也逐渐增多。言语幽默在人们的交际活动中起着重要的作用，成为了商务社交场合中的润滑剂。言语幽默作为人类创造性交际的重要形式，已经渗透到商务交际的各个角落。本文主要采用综合研究的方法，首先对幽默的概念进行分析研究，分析和研究幽默语言语用的基本特征。着重从社会语用学的角度，探讨了言语幽默在商务社交中的五种功能，即减轻交际压力、巧妙批评、反驳对方、掩盖过错、调节交际者间关系。
