论施工企业人力资源管理

摘要

在现阶段的施工企业管理中,施工企业的人力资源管理是很重要的一项。随着建筑行业的快速发展,企业之间的市场竞争是越来越激烈,因此企业对人力资源管理更加的注重。施工企业大多是以工程项目来加强施工的质量监管、成本监管、人力资源管理等,在好的企业人力资源管理中,会使企业人员的凝聚力、创新力及人员的技术开发能力更好的激发出来,直接作用于施工项目的实践中,促进施工项目管理的质量不断提高,这对施工企业具有决定性的价值,在人力资源管理的实施中,施工企业根据企业战略目标及要求,架构富有实战型的人力资源管理模式,并会根据现实情况随时调整其中诸多不足,通过加强公司管理体系的建设来提升项目管理企业员工满意度,并促使其产生对公司及工程项目有价值的方法与思想、强化项目管理企业员工的创新绩效,从而为人力资源管理在施工企业中发挥更大作用创造条件。在本文研究中,通过采用文献资料阅读、综合归纳等方法,将施工企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行研究分析和归纳。同时提出加强人力资源管理的对策和方法。从而实现人力资源的管理与施工企业的发展处于良性互动的关系,最终促进施工企业在激烈市场竞争中获得人力资源强有力的支撑,并维护施工企业在市场利润中的获取力。

Abstract

In the current stage of construction enterprise management,the human resource management of construction enterprise is very important. With the rapid development of the construction industry,the market competition between enterprises is more and more fierce, so enterprises pay more attention to human resource management. Most of the construction enterprises strengthen the construction quality supervision, cost supervision and human resource management by engineering projects. In a good enterprise human resource management, the cohesion,innovation and technical development ability of enterprise personnel will be better stimulated,which will directly affect the practice of construction projects and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of construction project management According to the actual situation of the project management, the company will adjust its human resource management system according to the actual situation of the project management Valuable methods and ideas, strengthen the innovative performance of project management enterprise staff, so as to create conditions for human resource management to play a greater role in construction enterprises. In this paper, through the use of literature reading,comprehensive induction and other methods, the construction enterprise human resource management problems are analyzed and summarized. At the same time, it puts forward the countermeasuresand methods of strengthening human resource management. So as to realize the positive interaction between human resource management and the development of construction enterprises,and ultimately promote the construction enterprises to obtain strong support of human resources in the fierce market competition, and maintain the acquisition power of construction enterprises in the market profits.
