浅析我国中小企业管理水平现状及对策 摘 要 20世纪下半叶以来,信息技术产业就已经开始迅速发展,直到20世纪好10年21世纪前10年,信息产业和互联网产业也随着中国的改革开放变化也发展的越来越快,在社会经济中起到的作用越来越大。本文以郑州市的中小型互联网企业为研究对象,基于人力资源管理的相关理论的基础上,根据互联网行业的特殊性和地位,并结合郑州某互联网企业的现状,寻找当前互联网公司人力资源管理的存在的问题,并对该问题产生原因进行分析。提出了适合中小互联网公司的人力资源管理体系和相应的对策与建议,为同类互联网公司的人力资源管理提供相关的理论支持。 关键词:中小企业;互联网公司;人力资源管理 Analysis on the Current Situation of the Management Level of my country's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Countermeasures Abstract Since the second half of the 20th century, the information technology industry has begun to develop rapidly, until the 20th century good 10 years and the first 10 years of the 21st century, the information industry and the Internet industry with China's reform and opening up changes are also developing more and more rapidly, playing an increasingly important role in the social economy.
