摘要：本文是在对有关技术创新理论的阅读研究的基础上，根据自己所学的技术创新理论的知识，对珠海市比木科技公司大体情况的了解，经过调查问卷的数据分析，发现珠海市比木科技公司在技术创新研发费用投入、创新人才资源、企业技术创新组织管理、政府对于公司的支持和重视方面以及企业整体的创新氛围方面所存在的问题，并根据企业的实际情况，有针对性的提出了适度加大研发费用投入、引进更多的创新人才、完善公司技术创新组织管理机制、增强政府支持和重视力度和努力营造创新氛围的符合企业的发展的改进对策，提高企业的技术创新水平，增强其竞争力，促进企业的可持续发展，也希望对其他公司具有借鉴意义。
