员工忠诚度与满意度在企业管理中的作用 摘 要 在知识经济时代,人是企业中最具活力的因素,员工的忠诚是企业生存的基石,是企业发展的核心竞争力的象征。员工对企业的忠诚度也成为企业管理好坏的重要指标,是关系到企业能否获得持续性发展的大事。 在影响员工忠诚度的因素中,员工满意度是重要因素之一。人们普遍认为,员工满意度越高,员工忠诚度就越高。但是,大量的实践显示,员工满意度与员工忠诚度的关系并非这么简单。员工满意度与员工忠诚度之间究竟存在怎么样的关系,是本文所研究的问题。 关键词:忠诚度;满意度;关系 ABSTRACT In the era of knowledge economy, people are the most dynamic factors in enterprises, and the loyalty of employees is the cornerstone of enterprise survival and the symbol of the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Employee loyalty to the enterprise has also become an important indicator of enterprise management, which is a major event related to whether the enterprise can achieve sustainable development.
