摘要：藏族妇女是藏族文化和经济发展的重要部分，随着经济和社会的发展妇女的地位也在缓慢提升。如今藏区一些地区的发展被传统的习惯法阻碍。在藏族传统的婚姻中她们的婚姻自由和教育，甚至是生育的权利都无法得到保障，藏族地区的习惯和国家的法律之间有着很大的冲突，冲突必然会影响国家婚姻法的统一和紊乱了名族地区的婚姻秩序。并阻碍了国家计划生育政策的有效实施且降低了人口素质。“藏族婚姻习惯法是左右藏人婚嫁有序与家庭稳定的重要法律依据”。

Abstract：Tibetan women are an important part of Tibetan culture and economic development.With the development of economy and society, the status of women is slowly improving.Nowadays, the development of some Tibetan areas is hindered by traditional customary law.In the traditional Tibetan Marriage,their freedom of marriage and education, and even their right to have children can not be guaranteed. There is a great conflict between the customs of Tibetan areas and the laws of the state.The conflict will inevitably affect the unity of the national marriage law and disorder the marriage order of the famous ethnic areas. It also hinders the effective implementation of the national family planning policy and reduces the quality of the population. The customary law of Tibetan Marriage is an important legal basisfor the orderly marriage and family stability of Tibetans.
