| 论香港特别行政区长治久安的法治保障
摘要：
香港地区在近年来仍有不稳定因素，反应了香港地区相关法治措施的缺位，急需具体的法治手段区解决目前的问题。通过分析香港目前的法治保障措施研究，针对香港地区现阶段法治保障措施所面临的挑战进行研究并提出一些可操作性的意见。使香港重新恢复往日的繁荣，充实我国“一国两制”这一基本国策，有利于探究在我国如何实现大陆地区与香港地区在法治道路上的协调统一，为其他特区提供经验。

Abstract: In recent years,there are still unstable factors in Hong Kong, which reflects the absence of relevant legal measures in Hong Kong. It is urgent to solve the current problems by specific legal means.By analyzing the current legal safeguard measures in Hong Kong,this paper studies the challenges faced by the legal safeguardmeasures in Hong Kong at the present stage, and puts forward some operable suggestions. To restore Hong Kong's prosperity in the past and enrich China's basic national policy of "one country, two systems" is conducive to exploring how to achieve the coordination and unification of the mainland and Hong Kong on the road of rule of law inChina, so as to provide experience for other special administrative regions.
