内蒙古自治区少数民族就业权法律保障 摘 要 就业权是劳动者赖以生存的基本权利,是我国宪法确认和法律保护的一项重要权利。就业与人民的切身利益紧密相关,对维护社会和谐稳定和国民经济社会发展进步具有重要的推动作用,一直以来就业得到了各级党和政府的高度重视。习总书记在十九大报告中指出“就业是最大的民生”,解决好就业问题,才能真正实现劳动者安居乐业。少数民族群众的就业对他们的基本生活保障至关重要,有利于有效促进当地的政治社会稳定和国民经济社会发展,对加强民族团结和国家认同都将具有重要促进作用。其中内蒙古自治区少数民族大学生就业也不例外。少数民族大学生作为内蒙古地区的高知识分子的组成部分,也是内蒙古自治区十分宝贵的人力资源。保障内蒙古自治区少数民族大学生就业权,充分发挥他们的就业优势,可以有效促进内蒙古地区的经济社会发展,促进阶层之间的专业人才流动,可以更有效的维护内蒙古地区乃至整个国家的和谐稳定,促进民族团结。本文主要以内蒙古自治区少数民族大学生为研究对象,了解他们的就业现状以及就业中存在的一些问题,并分别提出了保障内蒙古自治区少数民族大学生就业权利的具体对策建议。 本文除绪论和结论外,共分为四章: 关键词:内蒙古自治区;少数民族大学生;就业权;法律保障 Abstract The right to employment is the basic right for workers to survive,and it is also an important right recognized by the constitution and protected by law in our country.Employment is closely related to the vital interests of the people,and plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability and national economic and social development and progress.General Secretary Xi pointed out in the report of the 19th CPC National congress that"employment is the greatest livelihood of the people",only by solving the employment problem can we truly realize that the workers can live and work in peace and contentment.The employment of ethnic minorities is very important to their basic livelihood,which is conducive to effectively promoting local political and social stabilityand national economic and social development,and will play an important role in strengthening national unity and national identity. Among them,the employment of minority college students in Inner Mongolian Autonomous region is no exception.As a part of high intellectuals in Inner Mongolia,minority college students are also very valuable human resources in Inner Mongolian Autonomous region.protecting the employment rights of economic minority college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and giving full play to their employment advantages can effectively promote the economicand social development of Inner Mongolia and promote the flow of professionals among social strata.It can more effectively maintain the harmony and stability of Inner Mongolia and even the whole country,and promote national unity.This paper mainly takes minority college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region asthe research object to understand their current employment situation and some problemsin employment,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to protect the employment rights of minority college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts in order: The first part is on the employment situation and existing problems of minority college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.Through fieldwork,questionnaires and other methods to obtain date and interview materials to understand the current employment situation of ethnic minoritycollege students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,and put forward relevant questions from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and judicature. The second part is the basic theory of the right to employment of ethnic minorities.the employment right of minorities college students in Inner Mongolian Autonomous region as a kind of minority employment right ,Its research needs to define the relevant concepts of minority employment right on the basis of the relevant theory of minority employment right,and expounds the necessity of legal protection of minority college students’ employment right in Inner Mongolian Autonomous region. The third part is on the basis of legal protection of the right to employment of ethnic minorities.This paper combs the legal basis for the protection of minority employmentrights from the national level and ethnic regional autonomous areas,which has a certain theoretical significance for the protection of minority college students’ employment right in Inner Mongolian Autonomous region. The fourth part is on the countermeasures of legal protection of employment right of minority college students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.In view of the problems existing in ensuring the employment rights of ethnic minority collegestudents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,this paper puts forward some countermeasuresand suggestions on how to improve the laws and regulations of employment,improve the guarantee of law enforcement,improve judicial relief,popularize the national common spoken and written language in ethnic areas,and improve the employability of ethnic minority college students.
