| 澜湄流域典型网络犯罪风险防控研究 摘要：澜湄流域网络犯罪近年来呈高发态势，科学的预警体系建设成为防控犯罪的重要手段之一。本文选取了澜湄流域五种常见的网略犯罪活动，采用定性和定量相结合、系统化和层次化的方法展开分析，从人、物、异常事件和背景四个方面分别提取了相关风险因素，基于ANP模型架构计算出风险指标权重，提出了澜湄流域五类典型网络犯罪活动的风险评估方法，实证研究结果表明该风险评估系统对于该区域的网络犯罪预警具有较强的理论逻辑可行性和准确性。 关键词：网络犯罪 风险评估 ANP 澜湄流域 边境 Abstract: The paper analyzed the characteristics of five kinds of cybercrimes in the Mekong-Lancang region, using a qualitative and quantitative, systematic and hierarchical method. Relevant risk factors are extracted from four aspects:human, things, extraordinary incident and the background. Based on the ANP model, each risk index weight is calculated,and the risk assessment method and early warning system of five kinds of cybercrimes in the Mekong-Lancang region are proposed. Finally, we used two examples to verify the theoretical and logical feasibility of the risk assessment system. Key words: cybercrimes; risk assessment; ANP; Mekong-Lancang region; border. |
