| 并案侦查理论与实务新探 【摘要】 随着社会经济发展和人口流动性加剧，犯罪越来越呈现出系列化的特征。近年来，各地公安机关总结和创造出了许多成功的侦查方法，其中，并案侦查就是在长期实践过程中不断发展和完善的一种行之有效的斗争对策。本文从并案侦查的理论出发，对并案侦查的概述、实施进行阐述，以实际案例分析得出并案侦查的实际应用情况，对并案侦查存在的误区及改进措施进行思考与回答。 【关键词】并案侦查；串并分析；侦查情报信息 Abstract：with the development of social economy and the aggravationof population mobility, crime is becoming more and more serialized.In recent years, the local public security organs have summarized and created many successful investigation methods, among which,concurrent investigation is an effective countermeasure developed and perfected in the long-term practice process.Based on the theory of concurrent investigation,this paper expounds the overview and implementation of concurrent investigation,analyzes actual cases to obtain the actual application of concurrent investigation, and ponders and answers the misunderstandings and improvement measures of concurrent investigation. keywords ：concurrent investigation;string parallel analysis;investigative intelligence information |
