| 数字人民币与法律保障研究 【摘要】发行数字人民币是未来经济发展的趋势,它以国家信用背书,较传统货币以及其他私人数字货币有着天然的优势。伴随着数字人民币应用场景的不断丰富,人们的生活将更加便捷，与此同时，金融体系将会发生深刻的变革，金融服务实体经济是未来一段时间相关行业的主要工作和总体思路，也即数字人民币在新金融体系中的作用不可小觑，法律要发挥保障与监管的双重作用，为数字人民币的广泛落地与国家新金融体系的建设保驾护航。 【关键词】数字人民币；法律保障；新金融体系 Abstract：The issuance of digital RMB is the trend of future economicdevelopment, which has a natural advantage over traditional currency and other private digital currency with national credit endorsement.
