| 农村民事法律援助工作的探索 摘 要：随着社会的进步人们法治意识的提高，人们解决问题的方式不再通过拳头而是寻求法律的帮助，通过诉讼途径解决。但是现如今诉讼成本也随着经济的发展水涨船高，这对经济困难的农民更是望而却步。因此为解决改革开放不断深化的形势下，公民之间的贫富悬殊而存在的获得法律服务权利不平等的问题，通过完善法律机制来真正实现宪法所规定的“法律面前人人平等”的原则，对农村民事法律援助工作的现状、存在的问题深入阐述和探索，并提出农村民事法律援助制度改革，这对促进农村民事法律援助更平等、更广泛地开展，具有重大的意义。 关键词：农村；民事法律援助；探索 The exploration of rural civil legal aid WangSuiYin Abstract: With the progress of the society, people's awareness of the rule of law, the way to solve theproblem is no longer through the fist but seek the help of the law, through litigation to solve.
