中美商务谈判中非语言交际的对比分析

摘要


在国际商务谈判过程中,非语言交际扮演着重要的角色。通过分析谈判者的非语言行为和信息,我们可以判断对方的真实意图。而由于中西方文化差异的存在,谈判人员必须培养非语言交际意识,加强非语言交际能力,熟悉差异并能够及时作出准确的判断和反应,以此促进商务谈判进程。本文通过查阅相关资料以及案例,结合书本知识,对中美商务谈判身体语、副语言和环境语进行比较探讨分析,并提出相关策略以促进国际谈判。

Abstract

Nonverbal communication plays an important role in international business negotiation.By analyzing the nonverbal behaviors and information of negotiators, we can judge the real intention of the other side. Due to the existence of cultural differences between China and the West,negotiators must cultivate the awareness of nonverbal communication, strengthen the ability of non-verbal communication. They should be familiar with the differences and make accurate judgment and response in time, so as to promote the process of business negotiations. By referring to relevant materials, cases and book knowledge,the paper compares and analyzes the body language, paralanguage and environmental language of Sino-US business negotiations. It also proposes relevant strategies to promote international negotiations.
