| 浅析中国特色时政热词的翻译方法——以《2020年政府工作报告》为例 摘要：政府工作报告在对上一年政府工作回望的同时也提出当年的工作安排。它已成为世界了解中国最权威的途径。然而，由于许多特色词汇与我国特殊社会环境有着密切关系，所以其中大量与时代发展和中国特色相关的新兴词汇是外国人无法理解的。作者首先对2020年《政府工作报告》中的中国特色词汇进行统计分类，标注每一个词语在翻译过程中体现在功能对等和使用的翻译策略和方法。并对这些中国特色词汇的中英文表达进行比较，尤其是相同词汇的英文翻译进行比较分析。同时作者将大量《政府工作报告》中的实例进行研究，从尤金·奈达的功能对等原则的角度来分析和讨论中国特色词汇的翻译策略及方法。政府工作报告是一种特殊文本类型，具有特殊的文体特点。本文的第三部分分别从词汇、句法、修辞三个方面探讨了政府工作报告的文体特点。第四部分是本文的重点，作者从功能对等理论出发，从词汇、句法以及语篇三个层面探讨了政府工作报告的翻译，通过定性研究发现，政府工作报告的翻译基本符合功能对等的目的要求，功能对等翻译理论对政府工作报告的翻译也具有解释力，但所研究的译文也存在一些不对等的翻译，本文也会列举相关译例进行分析。通过研究表明：政府工作报告也可以使用奈达的理论，但是否存在局限性仍需要探讨。因此译者可以基于此理论的基础上对政府报告文体进行研究。政府工作报告中的中国特色词汇蕴含着丰富的文化内涵，在翻译的过程中，成功地译出这些特色词汇的内在意义，对不同文化之间的沟通具有巨大的实践意义。 关键词：政府工作报告；尤金·奈达；功能对等理论 Analysis on the Translation Strategy of Vocabulary with Chinese Characteristics:A Case Study of Report on the Work of the Government in 2020 Abstract: The report on the work of the government reviews the work of the previous year and also puts forward the work arrangements for the current year. It has become the most authoritative way for the world to understand China.However, many characteristic words are closely related to China's special social environment, so a large number of emerging words related to the development of the eras and Chinese characteristics are incomprehensible to foreigners. First, the author classifies the words with Chinese characteristics in the 2020 Report on the Work of the Government,and marks out the translation strategies and methods for functional equivalence and use of each word in the process of translation. And the Chinese and English expressions of these words with Chinese characteristics are compared, especially the English translation of the same words. At the same time, the author studies a large number of examples in the Government Work Report to analyze and discuss the translation strategies and methods of words with Chinesecharacteristics from the perspective of Eugene Nida's principle of functional equivalence. Government work report is a special type of text with special stylistic characteristics.The third part of this paper discusses the stylistic characteristics of thegovernment work report from three aspects of vocabulary, syntax and rhetoric. The fourth part is the focus of this article, the author from the perspective of functional equivalence theory,from three aspects: vocabulary, syntax and discourse probes into the translation of government work report,through qualitative research found that the translation of government work report in line with functional equivalence for the purpose of, functional equivalence translation theory to the translation of government work report also has explanatory power, but the research of translation, there are some wrong translation, this article also lists related translation example is analyzed. The research shows that the government work report can also use Nida's theory, but whether there are limitations needs to be discussed. Therefore, translators can study the style of government reports on the basis of this theory.The words with Chinese characteristics in the government work report contain rich cultural connotation. In the process of translation,it is of great practical significance for the communication between different cultures to successfully translate the inner meaning of these words with Chinese characteristics.
