| An Analysis on influences of RMB foreign exchange appreciation on China foreign trade industries Abstract: The change of RMB in the foreign exchange market plays an important role in the development of our foreign trade enterprises. The change of the exchange rate system has brought a big blow to foreign trade enterprises, especially for the export enterprises. Foreign trade enterprises may have a weak awareness of foreign exchange risk, and it’s urgent for them to make action to improve. The global financial crisis of 2008 was a disaster, and the slowdown of economic growth made it difficult for enterprises to develop, while most enterprises could only choose the conservative strategies such as open source and throttling.It’s urgent for them to find effective ways to avoid exchange rate risk. The author has found out that some enterprises have gradually adapted to the change of RMB appreciation, and actively used various means to avoid risks. However, many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, still pay little attention to foreign exchange risk. Although there have been serious losses, some enterprises are helpless in the face of losses. Therefore, this thesis focuses on the prevention of the exchange rate risk of RMB appreciation. Based on the reality, in this thesis, the author discusses the current situation and existing problems of foreign exchange risk management in foreign enterprise by analyzing the reasons of the appreciation of the RMB and the influence on export enterprises. If the enterprises want to avoid interference to the greatest extent as well as to minimize the negative impact on the exchange rate changes, they must follow the principle of cost effectiveness with flexibility. What’s more, according to the scale of the enterprise and the risk awareness of managers, they must establish the procedures by which the exchange rate risk management, supplemented by the real case to explain specific operation and effect. Key words: Appreciation of RMB; Foreign trade enterprise; RMB exchange rate reform; The impact analysis; Policy response 摘要：人民币汇率的变化对我国外贸企业的发展起着重要的作用。汇率制度的变化,给外贸企业,特别是外贸出口企业带来了不小的打击。外贸企业应对外汇风险的意识淡薄,急需找寻方法去改善；2008年的全球金融风暴更是对其是个巨大的挑战,经济增长的放缓使企业的发展举步维艰,而多数企业只能选择开源、节流等保守策略。企业迫切的需要找到能够有效的规避汇率风险的方法。笔者通过调查访问一些外贸出口企业发现,有些企业已经渐适应了人民币的升值变化,主动出击,利用各种手段规避风险。然而也有许多企业,特别是中小型企业仍然对外汇风险毫不重视；虽然出现了严重的损失,但有的企业面对损失束手无策,有的企业一知半解。所以本文将重点放在了人民币升值下的汇率风险的防范上。 本文从现实的情况出发,论述了目前我国外贸企业外汇风险管理的现状以及存在的问题,通过分析人民币升值的原因和对企业出口的影响,提出了企业要想最大限度的避免汇率波动带来的干扰,并将汇率变动的不利影响降到最低,必须遵循成本效益和灵活性的原则,并根据企业自身的规模、发展阶段和管理者的风险偏好,来选择当前规避汇率风险可以使用的各种方法,制定汇率风险管理的程序,并辅以真实的案例说明具体操作和效果。 关键字：人民币升值；外贸企业；汇率改革；影响；防范措施； Contents 1.
