An Analysis of Effective Communication Strategies between Employees at Beijing Highway Telecommunication Co. Ltd. from the Perspective of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

Abstract: This paper takes Beijing Highway Company as a special case, exploring the management communication examples and problems between employees in dealing with daily work by carrying out interviews and questionnaires. Based on the data and related information obtained from the practice, and combined with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Need Theory to do comparative analysis. Comparing the consistency and differences between management communication issues and theories in the company. Then presenting conclusions and giving my own recommendations to Beijing Highway Technology Co.,Ltd, which can promote communication, increase communication satisfaction and create harmonious working environment.

从马斯洛需要层次理论浅析北京高信达通讯科技有限公司员工之间有效沟通的策略

摘要:
本论文将以北京高信达公司为特例,通过对员工中的管理层、普通员工进行采访、问卷调查,探究公司在处理日常工作时所遇到的管理沟通范例及问题。整理调查实践所获得的数据,结合马斯洛需求层次理论进行比较分析,比较公司中的管理沟通问题与理论之间的吻合度。具体分析,得出结论并提出相关建议,为北京高信达公司提供一些员工之间行之有效的沟通策略。促进沟通,增加员工之间的沟通满意度,创造和谐的工作环境。
